Alongside its primary focus of making quality wines to appeal to modern, adventurous palates – Leopard’s Leap Family Vineyards has three special passions: conservation, food, and literature. Established as a conservation project to help save the threatened Cape Leopard. Leopard’s Leap is a popular, family-orientated destination boasting sociable tasting facilities, a versatile food offering in the form of wood-fired pizzas, an exciting small plate menu, family-friendly rotisserie lunches, food and wine pairings as well as the popular South African table lunches.
Dining: Dining at Leopard’s Leap Restaurant is centred on relaxed, family-orientated enjoyment. The menu is uncomplicated and guided by fresh, seasonal ingredients that reflect the best of the region.
During the week, guests can enjoy a two- or three-course lunch menu. The offering also includes juicy burgers, authentic South African braaibroodjies, a selection of wood-fired pizzas, and an exciting variety of small plates – perfect to enjoy with a favourite glass of wine.
Weekend lunches feature the restaurant’s renowned rotisserie experience. A variety of tender, flavourful meats are prepared on a state-of-the-art Rotisol spit and served with a generous selection of seasonal sides and salads from the Harvest Table.
To complete the experience, guests can indulge in an array of freshly baked pastries and cakes.
