Cosecha marinates and slow-cooks responsibly-sourced meats from the local butchery and serves seasonal produce from local growers and the estate's vegetable garden. The name Cosecha, Spanish for "harvest", reflects Cosecha's location next to the working harvest area where grapes are sorted and crushed. If you are looking for lighter fare, you can order cheese boards in the wine shop to enjoy with your wine tasting.
