Flavours of the Vine Franschhoek Experience

Flavours of the Vine Franschhoek takes you on a fully immersive wine-tasting experience across four pre-selected wine estates in the Franschhoek Valley. Enjoy exceptional wines, delicious light bites and breathtaking views as you discover the unique character of each estate.

Your journey begins at the Franschhoek Terminal, where you’ll board the Franschhoek Wine Tram and open-air Tram Bus for a scenic journey through the valley. At each estate, enjoy a selection of wine tastings, savour delicious light bites and discover the art of wine pairing. With beautiful surroundings, distinctive wines and the charm of each estate to explore, it’s a memorable way to experience the best of Franschhoek’s iconic wine valley.

• Depart from the Franschhoek Terminal at 10:30 am.
• Visit four beautiful wine estates.
• Travel by open-air bus and tram.
• Includes a wine tasting, select snacks and wine pairing.
• Return to Franschhoek Terminal at approximately 5pm.

Franschhoek Wine Tram reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing and products due to changing market conditions and circumstances out of our control.

• Subject to availability, the Flavours of the Vine Franschhoek tour starts and ends at the Franschhoek Terminal, located on the corner of Main Road and Cabriere Street, Franschhoek.
• The tour is pre-arranged to a set itinerary by Franschhoek Wine Tram.
• This experience can host up to 18 guests, as a shared experience. (Larger groups can be accommodated upon request and subject to availability.)
• Tour departure times differ depending on the itinerary booked. Please ensure that you arrive 15 – 20 minutes before your booked departure time.
• An optional transfer from Cape Town can be added during the booking process. (Please note that additional fees apply, and bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance).
• Wheelchair accessibility: Please note that the full experience will not be accessible during the tour. Guests must possess a certain level of independent mobility and should not be entirely dependent on a wheelchair. This requirement ensures the safety and comfort of all participants.
